N638RW (cn 17000053) This airplane is usually impossible to shoot in such a good light, since it doesn't remain overnight, but today was an exception. This one remained overnight and went to IAH this morning. This plane has beautiful reflections and clean body, but definitely a pain to load! 38mm, Sony DSC-F717. |

N603UA (cn 21864/4) This is the final 767-200 for United. It just arrived from LAX and will be departing as UA181 to SFO with me on board. It is very rare to see this type in Boston post 9/11, and seeing this aircraft in Boston reminded me of the old times when United used them primarily on transcontinental routes and made money. At the moment of upload the plane is already retired in VCV. This shot goes out to the crews that flew, serviced and kept these magnificent planes airworthy over the years. Sony DSC-F717. |

A7-HJJ (cn 487) Well, this beauty definitely gets my nomination for the rarest visitor of the year. It brought one of Qatari VIPs for a ski trip in the mountains and departed to Zurich a few days after I took the shot. Enjoy this rare beauty; the plane is a part of Royal Amiri fleet and barely ever flies. Only the 2nd shot of this plane in the database, Sony DSC-F717. |

D-ABTH (cn 25047/856) This beast doesn't usually come here, but it visited twice over the month of October. I can definitely say I nailed it today; you simply can't beat this evening winter light! This logojet is very heavy today; you can see the wings hanging down due to the plane being fully fueled. Sony DSC-F717. |

N505UA (cn 24626/254) Close-up of the first United 757 in new color scheme. This plane just turned its gear light on, it is turning left to go to runway 25 for early evening departure to San Francisco in the last rays of the sun with what looks like a full house in the cockpit. Check out absolutely stunning reflections of the sunset in the fuselage! Sony DSC-F717. |

UK-11418 I haven't seen an An-12 in 8 years, and I find one sitting in Miami out of all places. Fairly common resident of Opa Locka, but rare in Miami. Big thanks to Ryan Kaskel for taking his time to show me around Miami. This one's for you! Sony DSC-F717. |
