Photo ID: 0170480 Views: 20110 Aircraft Location & Date World Airways McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30CF Boston - General Edward Lawrence Logan International (BOS / KBOS) USA - Massachusetts, January 1982 Remark Photographer N113WA (cn 47821/320) On an icy winter night this DC-10 slid off the runway and into Boston Harbor, shearing apart the front cockpit and first row of seats. This tragedy claimed the lives of two, a father and son from the Massachusetts area.
