F-GMIL (cn 152) It is customary in Lorris on the last Sunday of January to have a Twelfth Night Cake and then have a ride in a ventilator. This is called the 'Delamaresque Hélicothérapie'. Here the first batch is seen departing the Hélicentre. Thanks again Georges for the ride m even if the weather was not really VMC, it did give me a Positive Attitude !!! |

OE-HAA (cn 3200) A bit windy last night. Not only labels have danced in the wind, but also apparently one wing was lifted by the wind during the night and fell back. Hard. breaking one of the main gear. Oh well, now it is like the Dahu, well adapted to land to mountain slopes !!! |

F-PVVA First picture of this aircraft - and type - on A.net. Created by the Aeroclub du Bas Dauphine (Nogaro France), the Midour is a quite light 1 or 2 seater glider tug, designed on a DR400 wing, and equipped with a 180 HP engine. I think this powerfull beauty must be a dream to pilot... Registration and livery customised for the CSVVA obviously. |

In August 2002, a A.net photographer wanabee, I spent 1.5 hour climbing up a mountain just to get a good overview of CMF. Two years later, a mere ten minutes aboard Kilo Fox allowed me to climb high enough to shoot a different overview. I am now about to have my PPL checkride, and since that first picture in 2002, 998 others have followed, as this is my thousandth picture on A.net . I am quite sad to leave CMF and I wanted to dedicate these two years of shooting to what will remain my favourite airport for the years to come. |
