HL7734 (cn 34207/528) One of the newest additions to this city was the introduction of KAL operating summer charters for the very first time. I was quite satisfied to finally see this after all these years as a local spotter waiting for that moment for Seoul and Calgary to connect. |

N553UA (cn 25277/434) In the heart of the Grand Tetons sits Jackson Hole. Its airport tucked into the valley of the Teton ranges, well known for its picturesque scenery and some of the best ski hills around. |

C-FIUL / 734 (cn 35255/642) The new flagships which now replaces the 747 and A340s as they phase out. Quite an impressive sight both inside and out. |

N357PH (cn 504) As my trips continue on to the end, it seems that the weather gradually gets worse and worse and here when I arrive a mix of snow and rain makes for a really soggy day. A Q400 taxies in while the -200 here aptly named "Portland" waits for its next flight. Thanks to Phil Gilson for all his help while there. |

9V-SPE (cn 26554/1070) Its no wonder this airport is a favorite among spotters all over the world. A weekend trip simply won't do at LAX, so I've learned to double my bookings next time.. |

G-EOMA (cn 265) After 4hrs of delays, it finally departs and makes good use of 35kt headwinds for some rapid performance climb. Brake applied creates smoke from the gears as it retracts. |

ZA372 (cn 173/BS054/3086) A very loud summer it hahs been as well with half a dozen Tornadoes sharing the airfield wit airliners, bizjets and single engined trainers, which by the way were told to stay clear at all times when the GR4's are screaming by. |

C-GNAU (cn 21817/602) Low evening twlight at its best. A slow shutter speed to capture this recently repainted Stage 3 classic thundering down the runway as it departs into the night. |

JA8086 (cn 25308/885) Another airline to return this year is Japan Airlines. Even better to still see one of its older colours still flying around. Only a few years ago, stuff like this was unthinkable in this city, how times change as these are now expected every year. |

C-FITU / 732 (cn 35254/626) Wow, easily the longest airplane recognizable anywhere over the city. What a gorgeous jet, it seems hard to imagine that Calgary now gets daily/multiple triple 7 flights. Just even a year back sights like this was only relied on diversions and sweet dreams. |

N787BA (cn 40690/1) Hectic and busy as it was, all that stress just flew away into the Snohomish air after those doors opened up to reveal the Dreamliner fresh at its best. The Trent 1000's with their 9'wide wavy fans will be one of many features to prove its effectiveness in reducing carbon footprint on our planet. Currently shes in the hangar undergoing systems installation and won't come out until the first ground tests begins. |
