A6-EBB (cn 32789/508) All i have to say is WOW! The new Boeing 777-300 ER is a fantastic aircraft to fly. This aircraft flew me BKK-SYD and it was just amazing, not only was i on a new aircraft but i got the double upgrade to F! Pics to come soon. This shot was taken as the cabin crew woke the economy cabin for breakfast. The aircraft has a lighting cycle that simulates the sunrise with lights rising in the same color a sunset would be! A6-EMV (cn 28687/432) This is the flight deck of the Boeing 777-300 that flew me from LGW-DXB on the first leg of my Ozzie trip! The captain was nice enough to let me into the cockpit to take some shots, he also was very kind enough to turn all of the lights on for me so that i could take this stunning image! Light levels were so low in the cockpit that i had to shoot at ISO1600 - 1/4sec - F2.8 on my 15mm Fisheye. Even this underexposed the image by nearly a stop, levels was used to bring the image back in photoshop! (1dmkii) |

A6-EBB (cn 32789/508) After the long flight from BKK we near SYD. The F class cabin of this 773ER was totally empty today bar myself and my father. I have to say that the new First Suites on Emirates are absolutely wonderful. The TV's are fantastic, the seat is compfy, the mini bar is very handy and the service is equisite! I really did enjoy my flight on this aircraft. A big thanks goes out to the CSM on the flight that day, she was so very nice to myself and my dad during the flight. G-VGOA (cn 371) After a long and pleasureable flight in VS upper class our A346 makes its final approach over the city of London to 27L at LHR. This approach was possible due to a medical emergency and direct runway clearence for us! Visible here is the Millenium Wheel, Houses of Parliment, Battersea Power Station, Victoria Train Station, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, oh and two HUGE Rolls Royce engines that power this beauty! G-VTOP (cn 28194/1100) Here we have a shot of the upper class section on a Virgin Atlantic 747-400. This is the part that is at the front of the upper deck on the 747. Myself and Kevin Cadd were sat on the upper deck in exit row prem economy for this flight. The seat on the left hand row at the front most part of the cabin has the huge music star Jamiroquai lying asleep in it. Also on this flight today was Greenday, Ill Divo and a lot of other stars. G-VAST (cn 28757/1117) After arriving into JFK from LHR i had a wander around the cabin/cockpit of G-VAST. This is a shot of the new upper class suites cabin that is located in the nose of the 747-400. You can see here the large LCD Tv's you get, the foot rests/guest seats and the nice and classy purple lighting. N754AN / 7BN (cn 30262/345) A rare shot of the cabin of an AA772 mid flight over the Atlantic ocean while on our way to ORD from LHR. With AA's policy on photography it makes this type of shot harder and harder to get. AA's more room throughout coach is a really good policy as the seats back in Y are super comfy. N230NW / 1230 (cn 46552/71) This is the cabin of NWA's DC-10-30's. This was shot from the rear most row of seats in the centre seat getting a perfectly central and even view of the cabin. No PTV's on these old birds, just a large central screen that cycles 2 movies and the moving map. About a 75% load factor today. For a plane that is nearly 30 years old it is in immaculate condition! G-VGOA (cn 371) On final for 27L at LHR! This big A346 glides over the Green Man and passes Hatton Cross Tube Station which is visible in the bottom of this shot! Also in this shot you can see 2 BA 744's sitting in line outside one of the rear hangars. The weather looks terrible but at this moment a lovely burst of sunlight came over LHR which made this photo look so much better! For this pic i am sitting in seat 15K in Virgin Upper Class Suites! G-VAST (cn 28757/1117) This is what the upper class suite seat of Virgin Atlantic looks like. This is seat is located in Zone 1 of the front nose cone of the 744. This seat offers a fully flat bed that is 6ft6" long. The foot pedestal can be used as a visitors seat and can be used so that two people can dine together. There is a 10.1" fold out LCD screen that is concealed in the left side of the seat, every seat offers aisle access and is very comfortable to fly in! (10D/17-40F4L/550EX/Stofen/ISO200) |

G-VSHY (cn 383) These are the seats of the older style premium economy cabin on VS. Currently Virgin are introducing new leather style premium economy seats on their A340-600's, the first aircraft with such seats is G-VWKD. This shot was taken during my flight LHR-NRT.
