C-FYEH (cn 185-0571) This sturdy looking Skywagon was resting on the airport's South side. It still wears the nice markings for North Wind Aviation who it flew for out of Goose Bay, Newfoundland. It was built in 1963 and has recently moved here to Ontario. |

N12519 (cn 145366) After an awesome flight from Toronto that took a smooth 42 minutes, the pilots parked our jet in gate D3 and my cool ride on flight 2838 was over. Thanks to the Captain for letting me get a shot of his really nice cockpit. Note the different adjustments on the rudder pedals. |

N623AU (cn 27244/607) After a fun trip from Tampa on flight 1128, the kind pilots invited me into their cockpit & offered me the right seat. Thanks guys for that taste of heaven! Note how the displays attract a lot of dust. What a beautiful jet. |

N8309N (cn D-8720) Ice & snow can upset a small plane's weight & balance even when it's parked. This V-tail Bonanza was built in 1968 & I found its situation rather interesting because with all that heavy snow on its nose it still tipped onto its tail. |

C-GCUS (cn 177RG1071) The couple who own this 1977 Cardinal RG have flown it all over North America for 20 years. While sitting in the pilot's seat, I could easily feel what a pleasure it would be to fly this plane. It's fully IFR equipped & the bright interior is in perfect condition. There's an external view of her too. Thanks so much Joe for the nice cockpit visit. |

C-GEAI (cn 16305/33053) This 1944 DC-3 is now a turboprop, after being modified by Basler Turbo Conversions. Here it's undergoing inspections at its homebase. Note the Enterprise Air Inc markings have been removed. This aircraft is now owned by Triumph Airways Ltd. |

C-FYZB (cn 18052074) I like the red paint job on this 1969 Cessna. Soon it will be back in the water so it can fly North to its base in Sudbury. The yellow board on the nose helps protect the engine during the long winter. |

C-FOEH (cn 1644TB24) I loved the smell of this cockpit as it was taking a well deserved break. This Beaver works for massive Algonquin Park everyday which has over 1,500 lakes! With its new PT6A-27 engine & large floats, it has a max takeoff weight of 6,000 lbs. Thanks Jim for the fun time in your cool plane. |

C-FOEH (cn 1644TB24) This gorgeous 1966 Turbo-Beaver works here in beautiful Algonquin Park which covers about 8000 square kilometers (3500 square miles) of rugged Canadian wilderness. It has a new P&W PT6A-27 engine with only 40 hours on it. This seabase is about 120 nm Northeast of Toronto. The quiet serenity of this view was unbelievable. |

N195WA (cn U-38) It was so cold on the ramp that I thought this plane's main tires were shrinking! They just looked so small. The view of distant mountains around this nice airport during sunset was simply beautiful. This tired looking Beech was built in 1968. |

N7998K (cn BA-699) This Beech 18 was built in 1965. It was surrounded by snow at the South end of the airport while tiny snowflakes sparkled in the air. Thankfully the wind was calm on this freezing cold day. |

C-IEYW (cn A800) This single seat, twin engine Ultralight was built in 1983. It's a Series III model and was for sale with or without floats. I think this flying machine looks really cool, especially with its unique tail design. |

N180BP (cn 1004) As I stood in the cold shadow of a hangar this Avanti looked great out in the sunlight. It was built in 1990 and was parked at the airport's South end. I love this plane's shape & I'm amazed at how small its main wing is. |
