F-WWDC (cn 004) For all you guys who thought that anything with Ryanair titles was a Boeing! Airbus promotional visit to Ireland. Ryanair had a deal to lease-purchase A320s from GPA from 1990. This test registration was used on different aircraft by Airbus.

158617 / AJ-216 (cn 18) At the very end of a cloudy day on board, the sun briefly broke through, bathing these six Tomcats of the Tophatters and Black Aces squadrons in golden light. To left and right are rows of F/A-18 Hornets. Midships, left, are SH-60F Seahawks. Far right is the tail of an S-3 Viking. There was a total of 35 aircraft on the flight deck. Seen from the ferry back to port.

EI-AMR (cn 10448/8) The two Carvairs bought in 1963. Another was bought the following year. These DC-4 conversions were operated for just three years until made obsolete by the advent of the roll-on roll-off sea ferry. Five cars could be loaded through the nose and the rear passenger cabin had 32 seats. Behind is a Bristol 170 Freighter Mk 31 of Aer Turas.
