0221 Rudolf ("Dolfa") Straka in the front cockpit, pilot Jiri Valach in the rear, and Carl Clark operating my video camera from the cabin. At the time, the aircraft was part of the 51st Helicopter Rgt. |

4011 Perhaps the best-known Czech tiger scheme. I almost missed this shot, as the maneuver caught me completely by surprise. At the time, the aircraft and crew were part of the 51st Helicopter regiment. |

61-7976 (cn 2027) Amazing what a few clever guys can do with slide rules and titanium. |

1002 (cn 25508110002) Fear the Frogfoot! Good view of the 30mm cannon and laser rangefinder window. |

N302TF (cn D0001) A flying car that (apparently) works reasonably well. With Massachusetts licence plate. |

82-1070 / WM (cn 1005/AV-5) Noticeable difference between the profile of the wing leading edge and that of the "beak". (Not the real 82-1070 but a structural fatigue test airframe.) |

N501AX (cn 0002) The A500, and its unusual configuration, generated a high level of interest at the AOPA Fly-In. |

57-6511 (cn 464216) In a strange state: heavily fueled, engines #3 & 4 uncovered, #7 uncowled, and an ECM antenna cover unfastened and moving around in the wind. |

MM54552 / 10 (cn 6773/168/AD019) The solo pilot's No.10 plane arcs along its fateful path towards the crowd as the leader and a wingman impact on the far side of the runway. Even after over 15 years, looking at shots of the Frecce Tricolore accident evokes strong emotions for me. Apologies for the poor quality of this one. |

03-4060 / FF (cn 645-4060) When it's this close, it loses a lot of its stealth qualities! |

20 (cn 34108) Looks like some kind of "Star Trek" adversary. (I'd appreciate any opinions as to the function of the faceted hemisphere forward of the gear well.) |
