What a great sight! LH728(D-ABTC) is enroute to PVG at cruising altitude and reveals this awesome view on Beijing Capital... the future airport extensions that are being made in preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing can clearly be seen. Compare the picture with photo ID 471358 and you will see the dimensions of the construction works... complete housing estates have been erased. [EOS 10D] |

ZS-SNH (cn 626) A slow right turn after take-off and a 180° turn to the north allowed some wonderful views of the Cape Area and Cape Town with Table Montain just after sunrise. This was the perfect beginning of our long flight back to FRA after spending a great time in South Africa... Congrats to SAA: the onboard service was absolutely excellent! SAA is a great airline to spend some 11 and a half hours in the air!! |
