LN-PAA (cn 56) Built as CV-340 N73128 in 1953, cvtd to CV-580 1960. To LN-PAA 15.05.1986 ex C-GKFT. This ill-fated a/c was operated by Partnair (PD) until the tragic accident 08.091989. During a charter flight from FBU to HAM, she crashed into Skagerak north of Hirtshals, Denmark. All 55 people on board were killed. A year later, Partnair had closed its operations. |
