Untitled
Piper PA-23-250 Aztec F
Adelaide - Parafield (YPPF)
Australia - South Australia, September 27, 2014
Remark
Photographer
VH-JSB (cn 27-7854126) Parafield Airport - This is the post modification photo of the work carried out on the Piper Aztec, It was upgraded with new avionics equipment including Garmen Glass instruments and AES Avionics HF radio equipment. The pre-modification image is also on the database with photo ID 2105753, taken in May 2012. It was a clear evening at YPPF, so it was just a matter of balancing the ambient light with what I could produce with lighting and the instrument lighting.

Consolidated B-24M Liberator
Off-Airport - Wirrabee
Australia - Victoria, July 26, 2014
Remark
Photographer
A72-176 (cn 5892) B-24 Liberator Australia - Looking towards the nose of the aircraft & the main wing spar. The wing was retrieved from PNG found amongst high tropical scrub. Here the Oxygen tanks, Radio operators’ console, & bomb bay area can be seen. The volunteers have done a great job to date restoring this rare bird, the workmanship is amazing & maybe with some generous funding it could return to the skies once again. Thanks to Judith & partner for the captain cooks tour of this majestic bird.
