CC-AAR (cn 4892) As soon as we heard the sound of the first motorbikes coming with Frenchman Cyril Despres on the lead, all of a sudden “Charles Darwin” appeared from behind the hill on which we were. Nice surprise! The Salinas Grandes (Great Salt Lakes), located in the Provinces of Salta and Jujuy (Northern Argentina) make up the scenery. I figure out flying a chopper on a hot day at over 10,000 feet altitude a.m.s.l. like in this case is no easy task. It was doing the official filming of the 2013 Dakar Rallye. |
