Located downtown Manhattan, this is one of the busiest heliports I've ever seen. If you look closely, right through the New York smog, you can see the the hundreds of tourists standing in front of the Statue of Liberty. Picture was taken from the Brooklyn Bridge. |

PH-KZC (cn 11566) Unusual picture of this Fokker 70, just an inch before touchdown. There is almost no wingflex and compared to other planes the amount of flaps used is not a lot. Sometimes you see these Fokkers take off with no flaps at all. People may find them boring, I like them! |
