My endless thankfulness to the team, from captain Francisco Agullo to my dear friend Hans, for their welcomeness and collaboration without sparing efforts and help. This time machine is a pearl which you have carefully restored, and is amazingly maintained. Photo taken shortly before we start our descent towards Montélimar (LFLQ). What a better way to start 2010?! Flying, of course! :) Passengers on this flight had the priviledge to overfly Funchal city, in a kind of new year's gift handed over by TAP, to this fully booked flight. We can see on the apron, from left to right: CS-DPA, G-USAR, CS-AIC, CS-TNQ, CS-TT*, OH-LBS, LZ-LDF, CS-TGV, CS-TFJ and CS-TGU. On the top left corner the "Pico do Facho" hill, the obstacle to avoid on landings on rwy 23 and take-offs from rwy 05. "Caniçal" village as background. Happy New Year 2010! :) |
