A6-EDD (cn 020) A nice effect caused by the sub-zero temperatures and setting sun as we cruise high above a snowy Hungary en-route to DXB aboard EK002. This was a memorable flight, traveling 'upstairs' on this virtually brand new aircraft! |

N153ML (cn BB-23) Basking in the hot midday sun, this beauty is well over 30 years old yet she's still looking great! El-Capitan, or Agathla as it is known by the Navajo people, is clearly visible in the background marking the start of Monument Valley. New reg/location to the database. |

N601AU (cn 22193/4) Very few people here today and not much of the beach left, most of it having been washed onto the road by violent seas caused by Hurricane Wilma passing way out to the West. |

F-GLZR (cn 307) AF489 leaving for Paris. The new terminal building takes shape whilst land reclamation is underway in Simpson Bay Lagoon for the runway extension. This is all part of Phase II of the SXM improvement plan. Also note the rough seas in Simpson Bay (to the left), the result of hurricane Wilma passing way out to the West - waves nearly reaching the airport fence! |
