Remark
Photographer
CR867 (cn 3208) One of 10 aircrafts delivered in 1995. These aircraft acted as a 24/7 airbridge supplying the northern bases. One was shotdown by AA fire leading the loss of the crew and all passengers (68). Another crashed in bad weather wih all lives lost (81). Two were damaged in landing and takeoff accidents. The rest have been refurbished and soldier on in peace time with great respect among the SLAF crews.

Remark
Photographer
OV-103 (cn OV-103) A momentous day as space shuttle orbiter "Discovery' has her payload bay sealed for history. The port door is closed and the starboard door swings by my position on its way to close the coffin-like payload bay. The doors are powered for the low gravity environment of low Earth orbit hence they need special rig/procedures to be opened and closed on Earth hence these were sealed shut for posterity to prevent damage.

OV-104 (cn OV-104) The cockpit of space shuttle orbiter "Atlantis" in the unpowered state (Powered up state is seen here at photo ID 2090199. At this point she was a few weeks away from her final retirement configuration which involved a lot of permanent disabling of systems. She is preserved in this state for eternity on the inside. This was my final visit with her.

N905NA (cn 20107/86) The last space shuttle carrier departs the Mate Demate Device (MDD) with her very last payload (Endeavour). This was one of my last shuttle ops and, coincidentally, I am captured at the very end of of walkway on the left taking some final pictures as she left my watch. Dimitri Gerondidakis of NASA, on left, saved the day for me by alerting me that this remote camera was not working the day before. I am very thankful for him catching this fact on a very busy day of ops for all of us.

Remark

N8083H (cn 1038) "Brian's Star" parked outside owner Maurice Roundy's house along with "Janson's Star", L-1649A N7316C. Lufthansa purchased all three of Maurice Roundy's Starliners at auction in December 2007. N8083H is being used as a donor of parts for the restoration of her sister, N7316C (seen in background). Hopefully, she will not be sold for scrap metal at the end of the restoration project.
