SP-LBG (cn 3344942) "Tadeusz Kosciuszko". LO282 pushing back from stand F15 for Warsaw. Less than one month later this aircraft was W/O attempting an emergency landing at WAW returning after an engine disintegration on a WAW-JFK flight (engine blew about 20 mins after TO and then flew about 30 mins return crashing just 5 kms from the apt, about 55 mins after take off) on May 9, 1987 killing 183 souls.
