USA - Navy
Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet
Atsugi (NJA / RJTA)
Japan, May 3, 2014
Remark
Photographer
166901 / NF-400 (cn E175) A super low-angle with the CAG bird from U.S. Navy VFA-195 "Dambusters", well known as "Chippy Ho!", on static display at 2014 NAF Atsugi Spring Festival. Unfortunately the bird painted on the tail has been downsized, but this green livery still looks fantastic under the Spring sunny sky. Check out a crew showing the squadron's towel from the cockpit and another fully equipped crew posing for a photo with a child under the radome. [Nikon D700, Nikkor 24-120mm F4]
