N2650N (cn 2002) This is the sole example of a Grand 51 Mustang (not to be confused with a Cameron P-51G). It was designed as a high speed "transport" for adventurous businessmen, but only one was ever built. An original Mustang fuselage was used, but it is powered by a Lycoming T53 engine. I have spent the last three years trying to capture it in some sunlight, but it rarely leave its hangar. It was recently sold and is seen here awaiting its turn in the maintenance hangar. I can't wait to see it flying!! |

N72378 / 97388/C-310 (cn 9542) Quite a squeeze, so a straight shot was hard. This plane is one of many restored by Gerald Beck. This one hasn't flown since Gerald Beck died in a P-51A accident at Airventure 2007. |

NX5577N / 74 (cn 6172) 28 cylindars producing 4,300 hp... its something you absolutely must hear. The photo does not do it justice. The plane was about to leave for maintence and then OSH. Many thanks to Vikkyvik for editing the shot. Edit: Sadly this aircraft was destroyed in a tragic accident taking the life of the pilot on 9-7-12. |

N401WH / 210256 (cn 21640) I have never seen a better looking P-40, or for that matter, a better looking aircraft. This former Oshkosh Grand Champion winner is truly perfect. Built in 1942. |

NX209TW / 92489 (cn 3750) You'll be hard pressed to find a better looking Corsair. On its way to the Minot air show after having been on display at the Fargo Air Museum along side two other Corsairs, F2G-2 (NX5577N) and F4U-4 (N72378). |
