Cubana
Antonov An-24RV
Havana - Jose Marti International (HAV / MUHA)
Cuba, September 3, 2011
Remark
Photographer
CU-T1706 (cn 67310701) At Jose Marti International Airport Cuba, this Antonov An-24RV taxis past for a runway 06 departure hopefully avoiding the afternoon storms. This particular aircraft, built in 1976, was transferred to the Cuban register in early January 2010. It previously flew with Lao Capricorn Air (RPDL-34151) and prior to that saw service with the Laos Air Force (RPDL-34007). Always nice to see an unusual aircraft about.
