PK-MVH (cn 746) First flying on 6.6.62, this Vanguard takes the honour of being both the last to be built and the last to perform a passenger service, in late Oct 1987 (Jakarta-Medan-Jakarta). Firstly CF-TKW with TCA and sold by Air Canada to EAS as F-BTOV 4.72, operating their final Vanguard pax flight Orly-Perpignan on 8.1.81; to Merpati in May that year. Sold back to EAS for spares and ferried to PGF 12.87. Remains apparently moved to a location in the Pyrenees near Spanish border for use as a rescue trainer |

PK-JFH (cn 10396) The Friendship looked superb in Sempati's livery - this one was a 1969-build aircraft that first served Danish Aero Lease, being sold to the Indonesian airline in 1.76 after a lease to Aviaco. Damaged in a landing incident in 1.93 but repaired and continued to fly until wfu at Halim in 10.97, then b/u there in 10.01 |

PK-RVP (cn 414) This photo goes a long way to explaining the appeal of the old Kemayoran airport - it had it all for the propliner enthusiast, here with a little added glamour too. This Viscount spent nearly all of its life on the other side of the world, first with Ansett in 3.59 then FEAT from 4.70. Mandala bought her in 5.76 and she was eventually scrapped at CGK in the early 2000's |
