This rare photo shows the old, small terminal and car park (later demolished) next to the apron, and the new terminal and car park under construction. Runway 08/26 is off top of photo, control tower off to left, Mayne-Bristow hangars off to right. Visible are 3 single-engine Cessnas, Aero Commander 680E of Barpet Aviation (VH-CAX or CAY), and a Beech King Air 200 (prob VH-TLX) and a Cessna 310R, both of Skywest Airlines. |
