Ex G-BFEU (regd 26.10.77), became VH-WOD on 23 Apr 1982 (the WO in reg stands for Woodside Offshore Petroleum) to N505R Roberts Aircraft registered to Roberts as 30/1/2001, but were not shipped until 1st March 2001, departing Fremantle on the MV Talisman, bound initially for Long Beach. Operated by Geo-Seis Helicopters Inc. To HC-CDO then back to N505R on 29/4/2003. |

Photo taken by my father Peter Eyre, from helicopter of Mayne-Bristow Helicopters. This rare photo shows the old, small terminal and car park (later demolished) next to the apron, and the new terminal and car park under construction. Runway 08/26 is off top of photo, control tower off to left, Mayne-Bristow hangars off to right. Visible are 3 single-engine Cessnas, Aero Commander 680E of Barpet Aviation (VH-CAX or CAY), and a Beech King Air 200 (prob VH-TLX) and a Cessna 310R, both of Skywest Airlines. |

Transferred to Australian Army in 2001, serving in 171 Sqn - 1st Aviation Regiment. To 5th Aviation Regiment 2003. Later in service with Army Aviation Training Centre. Retired 21/09/2007 - took part in flight by last 3 UH-1s in Australian service. |

BU for spares – wings removed & fuselage noted at Sussex County Airport, Georgetown, Delaware. |

MMA was renamed Airlines of Western Australia 1.7.81, then Ansett WA 23.6.84, sold to Air Niugini as P2-ANH on 29.9.89, w/o 17.11.97 Nadzab, Lae, PNG in belly landing after undercarriage failure, BU for parts in early 1999. |

VH-FKE became C-GFKE of Time Air/Canadian Regional in Aug 1996. WFU 14.12.96 Calgary. BU from 4.97, hulk to Calgary Airport Fire Dept - still there July 2007. |

Mayne-Bristow Helicopters heliport at Karratha Airport. The heliport is actually owned by Woodside Petroleum, the main clients of Mayne-Bristow (now known as Bristow Helicopters Australia). Visible Mayne-Bristow helicopters are an Agusta-Bell 206 JetRanger, and Bell 212, with an SA330J Puma and another JetRanger in the left hangar. Taken from VH-ESQ Cessna 172M Skyhawk of Karratha Flying Services on take-off from runway 26. |

On 4.2.88 damaged landing at RAAF Pearce due to brake line failure. Moved to RAAF School of Technical Training as oxygen system trainer, then to 1 Recruit Training Unit RAAF Edinburgh & BU - fuselage to RSTT Wagga Wagga. |
