VH-ABW (cn 17267285) The Kyneton Aero Club's Skyhawk has been with the club for a long time. It was built in 1976 and allocated the US registration N73142. For some reason this was not taken up and it was registered N1841C - but not for long as it was registered new in Australia as VH-ABW(2) on 16 August 1976. |

VH-WSJ (cn 958) This interesting T-18 Tiger was built in the USA in 1979 by Darrell Davis and registered N98BJ, as you can see by the marking on the fin. Exported to Australia, it was registered VH-WSJ(3) on 3 September 2009. Although powered by a conventional Lycoming O-360, it has a very interesting 'updraft' cowling arrangement, which you can clearly see here. Taxying for a local flight at an 'Australia's Biggest Morning Tea' charity fly-in. |

VH-WFM (cn B.628) The last 'true' Auster, the Beagle Terrier was a civil conversion from the military Auster AOP.6. Only 45 Terrier 2s were built, 64 Terriers in all, so this is a fairly rare aircraft. This one was built for the RAF as VF634. Civilianised, it was allocated the 'B Conditions' marks G-35-11 before being registered G-ASWM on 14 September 1964. Later exported to Australia and registered VH-WFM(2) on 12 March 1981. It's changed owners since last photographed for the database. |
