ZE731 / GP (cn 658/AS047/3295) Three Tornado F3s are seen here in the 'Reduce to Produce’ hangar, in the process of spares recovery under a BAE Systems contract to support the GR.4 fleet. ZE731 and ZE936 wear the colours of 43 Sqn and Treble One Sqn respectively. Most of the F.3s passed through this hangar as the variant was progressively replaced by the Typhoon. (Many thanks to the MCO’s office, particularly Tim Reid, for access & permission for the pictures.) |
