C-FYEH (cn 185-0571) This sturdy looking Skywagon was resting on the airport's South side. It still wears the nice markings for North Wind Aviation who it flew for out of Goose Bay, Newfoundland. It was built in 1963 and has recently moved here to Ontario. |

C-FRDM (cn 414A1212) I usually see this cool Chancellor at its busy home base of Buttonville Airport near Toronto. It looked great up here in the quiet calmness of cottage country far away from the big city. This twin sure has a long nose! |

N430CS (cn 525B-0185) After a nice landing on rwy 36 the pilots backtracked to the Terminal ramp & parked beside me. This Citation was built in 2007 & was arriving from Philadelphia, PA after cruising at 36,000 ft. The flight took almost 1.5 hours & the one friendly pilot said he loved coming here. |

C-GFQG (cn 32-7240131) It was nice to see this stretched Cherokee on the ramp, it's not a common type I see often. This one was built in 1972 & looked good in its double green paint as it rested in the afternoon sun. Runway 18/36 here is nice at 6,000x150 feet & is seen in the background. |

C-FHNT (cn 471) This Buccaneer was built in 1971 & was one of eight colourful Lake Amphibians parked beside a hangar where Lake Central Air Services work on these aircraft. Lake Amphibs come from all over the world as far as Norway to have work done here. Pilots must get a great sense of speed when landing one of these cool planes on water. |

C-FAKC (cn 39-36) It's always nice to see an older airplane with a new paint job. This Piper was built in 1970. All I could hear were crickets in the grass as I adored this light twin, and its antennas. |
