Only 7 early S-3A's were converted to US-3A Carrier Onboard Delivery, which carried 6 passengers or up to 2,125 kg of cargo. Weapons, ESM, and anti-submarine systems were removed. SENSO and TACCO positions were removed, and a loadmaster seat added. Note extra side window - unique to US-3As. All US-3As retired in 1995/6.
