C-GIMZ (cn 760169) It's so easy to admire such a beautiful helicopter, especially when its mission is to save lives. In the late 80's I worked with these Medivac helicopters on the ramp at Toronto Intl doing patient & organ transfers & it was nice to see one up close again. Thanks to its friendly pilot for the great tour this day.

CF-GGO (cn 16-648) This little red Piper sure looked nice as the pilot taxied it around the control tower & headed for runway 08. It was built in 1948 & I'm glad I got to see it flying as it climbed out towards its home in quiet farmland that's Northeast of the big city.

C-FQES (cn 28R-35378) With the CNE Airshow along the waterfront now finished & the sky clear of fighter jets, the owners of this nice Arrow soon started it up & taxied for takeoff. It was built in 1969 & looked good against the cold blue water of Toronto's harbour.

C-GLVS (cn 17269256) This Cessna was built in 1977 & looked good on its home ramp as the sun was slowing fading away behind glass skyscrapers. The threshold for runway 26 is near that boat that's above the plane's nose.

C-GDRT (cn 18051368) The pilot of this Cessna flew low over the airport ramps Eastbound until the pavement suddenly ended & Lake Ontario was under his floats. He landed in the inner harbour & was carried here by a tug. This fine looking Skywagon was built back in 1964.

N753B (cn CE-75) This Beechcraft looked very sharp out on the ramp. I think it showed up from New York City wearing its best looking suit with those rich colours. It was built in 1966 & I was facing East while enjoying its presence on the island.

N62593 (cn 27-7654071) This Aztec was built in 1976 & recently flew in from Iowa. It was parked on the Eastern ramp near the cold water of Lake Ontario & you can see Toronto's inner harbour in the background. This twin looked nice as the sun was sinking behind the city skyline.
