N14EZ (cn 1734) Temps in the low 80's. Bouncing around at 6000ft in an Experimental aircraft (Canard-type designed by Burt Rutan) is a lot of fun. I felt like sitting in a fighter jet. Kind of cramped but worth a try . I'll be back. Thanks Dave for the ride......AWESOME!!!!!!! |

N318SL (cn 001) This is why I came to Oshkosh in 2005: to watch SpaceShipOne (N328KF) and White Knight fly. Burt Rutan brought his pioneering private spacecraft to EAA AirVenture before sending SpaceShipOne on to the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC. [Nikon D100, 80-200/2.8] |

C-GZRT After the Lake Amphibian this is the weirdest plane I have ever seen. However doing wacky fly-bys later on awakened thoughts of astonishment and awe. This was designed by the man who opened a new door into space travel about a day earlier; Mr.Burt Rutan. Nose gear is intentionally retracted for parking. |
