Piaggio P-180 Avanti

Canada - Alberta, January 11, 2006
Remark

C-GWRK (cn 1061) In my opinion, this is one of the nicest aeroplanes out there, and her interior sits nothing short of outstanding. You can see the cockpit all lit up as well at the front of this aircraft. Many thanks, once again, to the excellent people at Avia.

Remark

C-GWRK (cn 1061) This strange looking bird is a beaut! I've had the pleasure to fly in it a few times and was a remarkable experaince, of course last year when I was up in it and got a landing in the cockpit I wasn't into aviation photography :P Figures. You should hear this in the air - makes the strangest noise. (That's a skyservice A319 coming in for 08L in the distance)

USA - Arizona, November 22, 2003
Remark
Photographer
C-GWRK (cn 1061) A rather unusual shape in the sky. The futuristic design with the rear-mounted push engines is escaping the Canadian winter. Operated by Avia Aviation.

C-GWRK (cn 1061) I still don't know how this plane can fly. It looks so funny. Check out the Ferrari symbol on the nose.

Remark

C-GWRK (cn 1061) Both are Italian, both stylish, and both have rear-mounted engines. Despite the many similarities between the two, one tops out at 295km/h, while the other is just getting started.
