EI-ALH (cn 106) Norbert Reilly's 1939 built Taylorcraft Plus D EI-ALH was destroyed by fire late 2008. The fire was started maliciously. The vintage aircraft was housed in a hangar next to Norbert's house, Fort Lodge, Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan. He had owned the aircraft since 1966. Lima Hotel had flown little over the last few years as Norbert was not in the best of health. Despite being kept in a ill suited hangar it was in remarkable condition.
