Baxterley - Charity Farm
UK - England, July 27, 2008
Remark
Photographer
G-AOIR (cn 82882) Taking part in a display at Wings and Wheels 2008. Here, the pilot is 'shooting' at balloons lined up in front of the crowd with a pistol - all theatrics of course, but it did look convincing! The aircraft was previously in military service with the registration R4972.

Untitled
Thruxton Jackaroo
Wolverhampton (Halfpenny Green) (EGBO)
UK - England, April 13, 2009
Remark
Photographer
G-AOIR (cn 82882) Only 19 Jackaroos were built. They are often considered to be Tiger Moths on which they were based, with an enclosed cockpit though they were substantially different. The cockpit was widened and enclosed to make a four seat touring aircraft. The first conversion flew in 1957
