G-BHDK / 44-61748 (cn 11225) Was rescued from the weapons range at China Lake and made air-worthy for the short flight to Tucson, Arizona, during 11.79. Further work was conducted and the aircraft flown to Duxford U.K via Mildenhall (where this photo was taken ). The aircraft was fully restored by the Imperial War Museum and is currently displayed in the American Air Museum painted in the markings of " It's Hawg Wild". |

G-BHDK / 44-61748 (cn 11225) Taken during the early morning from the Weather Office tower. I seem to remember that this spot of sunlight only lasted for about 15 minutes or so. It was on its way to the Imperial War Museum at Duxford. |
