British Airways
Aerospatiale-BAC Concorde 102
London - Heathrow (LHR / EGLL)
UK - England, Late 1980's
Remark
Photographer
G-BOAA (cn 206) Under tow on the East Base passing the huge TBJ hangars by in the background. Sadly this fantastic spot has now gone, along with the "Rocket". Without a doubt Landor adorned Concordes were the ultimate in aviation perfection! Scanned from an original print.

Aerospatiale-BAC Concorde 102
Manchester - International (Ringway) (MAN / EGCC)
UK - England, November 14, 1976
Remark
Photographer
G-BOAA (cn 206) This was the first Concorde arrival at Ringway. G-BOAA was operating a schedule from IAD to LHR when fog at the latter caused a diversion 'UP North'. It returned to base next day watched by thousands. We now have our very own G-BOAC esconced in its own tailor-made hangar.

Aerospatiale-BAC Concorde 102
Reykjavik (RKV / BIRK)
Iceland, June 21, 1985
Remark
Photographer
G-BOAA (cn 206) Approach and lowpass to RWY 07 at BIRK. An Transatlantic Air Rally and planes lined up on far end, all avertizing signs were blown over by the wake! I still remember the noise it made, pulling up beside the Country Hospital. Piedmont F28 N293, F172 F-BURG, PA28 N3641R, Aerostar N601P and B300 N1861B below.
