G-BYAA (cn 25058/362) Beautiful winter lighting - the low sun was directly behind me here, so highlighting the fan blades of the engines and also the flight deck crew. Pictured here leaving the Victor Alpha hold to line up for departure on Runway 23L. 'Alph Alpha' left the airline at the beginning of '09 and was registered in The States as N152AT, but I believe has been stored on the ground since then. |

G-BYAA (cn 25058/362) I love September light! G-BYAA looks stunning in the early morning sunshine as she begins her take-off roll along runway 23L. Unfortunately 767-200s are no longer part of the Thomson fleet. (Canon EOS 30D & EF28-105 F3.5-4.5 USM II) |

G-BYAA (cn 25058/362) Luton-based Thomsonfly, originally Britannia Airways until re-branding in 2005, is a member of the German TUI Group and is the largest charter airline in the world. Britannia was the European launch customer of the 767, and the airline flies an all-Boeing fifty-aircraft fleet, of which eleven are 767s (200s and 300s). This 1991 767 is seen approaching Runway 33 at Birmingham in autumnal afternoon sunshine. |
