This Government B747-300 is different from the usual SV B747-300 in some ways - Firstly, some doors are missing on this B747-300. Besides, it is equipped with PW engines instead of Rolls Royce engines on the usual ones. What is more, notice also the antennas near the tail of this aircraft.
