JA8119 (cn 20783/230) Crashed on mount Osutaka / Gunma on 12 August 1985. The crash was caused by a faulty repair of rear pressure bulkhead that caused the tail and APU to be blown away. The disaster killed 520 people onboard and remains as the deadliest single air disaster in history
