With its unusual shape & design, I think it's a really cool looking amphibian. I couldn't find out exactly when it was built, but there's another shot of it as C-FRQP from back in June of 2003. Cool Airplane. Photo was taken right after shooting VOR Approaches in N129WS with Dave over at St. Pete on Runway 17L. The landing here was tough with huge gusts all the way down.
