N14053 (cn 420) American flight 587, an Airbus A300 crashed shortly after take-off into several houses in the Rockaways. Shown here is one of the engines that fell off the aircraft and landed away from the main impact site. As I approached the house, the rear was totally engulfed in flames. You can cleary see the damage caused by the blazing fire. |

N14053 (cn 420) Not 100% sure what part this is but I would guess it's the left wing-tip fence (winglet) of the A300. It rests on the street a few blocks from the main impact site. Another smaller part was on the other side of the street in someone's driveway |
