N181AT (cn 193L-1125) (delivered 10/24/77) This is the view that a passenger sitting over the wing would have during final approach and landing with the flaps fully extended.

Remark
Photographer
N181AT (cn 193L-1125) (delivered 10/24/77) Formerly flown by LTU as D-AERU. The interior has been completely gutted and all that remains is insulation and a few old inflight magazines. Here you can get a sense of the large capacity of the L1011 interior.

Remark
Photographer
N181AT (cn 193L-1125) (delivered 10/24/77) The only thing left of the interior is the galley. Interestingly, an LTU inflight magazine remains in the magazine rack even though this plane had last flown for American Trans Air. That line above the windows on the far side is a torch cut in the fuselage.

N181AT (cn 193L-1125) (delivered 10/24/77) Now we go downstairs for a look at the L1011's Lower Galley. This shot is looking to the rear and taken from the forward cargo hold, and it appears that most of the lower galley is intact.
