N531AW (cn 19922/96) Another sad looking Boeing in store at Las Vegas, this time a former America West 747-206B N531AW. She was the second 747-200 to have flown in December 1970 and she was operated by KLM as PH-BUA "Mississippi". On the 25th November 1973 she was hijacked however the hijackers surrendered with no damage or injuries to passengers. She was sold to America West in 1989 and ended up being broken up at Kingman AZ in 1996.
