Dayton - James M. Cox Dayton International (DAY / KDAY)
USA - Ohio, August 3, 2006
Remark
Photographer
N801AY (cn 8001) Departing on Runway 24R. Finding this spot helped offset my bad mood that day - the back window was blown out of my van by a severe thunderstorm while I was visiting the Wright-Patterson AFB museum earlier in the day. Ohio can get some serious weather, as I found out the hard way.

Tulsa - International (Municipal) (TUL / KTUL)
USA - Oklahoma, April 2, 2006
Remark
Photographer
N801AY (cn 8001) On 3/31/06 a brief F1 tornado touchdown over TUL. The winds from the storm caused ground service equipment to ram into the nose cone of the plane. The strong winds also caused the CRJ to shift from its position causing the damage to the nose gear strut.
