In 1964 it was modified for Antartic flights. It recieved the nose of the T-31 wich was also extended to introduce a much better radar and the tail of T-21 which included the turbine of Morane Saulnier, Marbore IV. Due to this they had to make a hole and modified some pieces. In December 1965 this plane made the first Trasnpolar fight for the Argentina Air Force.
