XA-PII (cn 17149/888) Ex 53-3816, the last 367 built. In storage since the late 1980's, though she has only lost her tail in the last couple of years (it's laid down on the right stabilizer). After retirement from the USAF, this airplane was used for a short time for flying bread for the Bimbo Bakery up on the Mexican Baja Peninsula. She used to make regular maintenance visits to Tucson during this time period. Thanks to Andy Martin for this information. |
