Ansett Australia Airlines
Boeing 767-277
Sydney - Kingsford Smith International (Mascot) (SYD / YSSY)
Australia - New South Wales, May 20, 2000
Remark
Photographer
VH-RMG (cn 22695/35) Del 8/83. What do you do when you get to the holding point for the active runway and the tower notices fuel streaming from beneath the wings???? That's right, you call the Fire Service and shut down the engine on that side (No.1 engine is shut down in this shot) and return to the terminal. Don't ask what the guy with the "wheely measurer" is doing! Nothing to do with the AN aircraft I'm sure!!! Aircraft was operating AN895 to Bali.
