N187SA (cn 131) This small freighter is parked till the evening cargo run to BUR. Delivery date was June 20, 1968. Other serials - CF-DHT with DeHavilland Canada, and N187SA with Miami Aviation, Ram Air International, and Aerolperlas Regional. Sadly, W/O April 18, 1990 at Contadora Island, Panama with Aerolperlas Regional as N187SA. Just after take-off routing OTD-PTY, a number of birds were ingested into number 2 engine. Aircraft went down 3 miles south of the island with 20 fatalities - r.i.p. |
