Pan American World Airways - Pan Am Cargo
Boeing 747-121(A/SF)
London - Heathrow (LHR / EGLL)
UK - England, June 10, 1979
Remark
Photographer
N658PA (cn 20353/131) This aircraft was converted for cargo use. It was seen here taxying past the Queen's Building, a most unusual sight for a cargo aircraft.

Air Canada
Airbus A340-313
Vancouver - International (YVR / CYVR)
Canada - British Columbia, March 10, 2005
Remark
Photographer
C-FTNQ / 981 (cn 088) The aircraft touched down very smoothly and neither the speedbrakes nor the reversers were deployed while the centre gear was still in the air and the nose held high up with only the tip of the tilted bogies in contact with the runway. Then abruptly the entire main gear was firmly put on the ground and this is when the spoilers and reversers were deployed.

Star Alliance (Air Canada)
Airbus A340-313
Vancouver - International (YVR / CYVR)
Canada - British Columbia, March 10, 2005
Remark
Photographer
C-FYLD / 904 (cn 170) Lining up on Rwy 26L. Those 'hairdryer' engines look really small next to the widebody fuselage. IMO, A345/6s look much better than the -200s/-300s.

Remark
Photographer
NX820DH / 3874 (cn DHC1535) Following an epic cross-continent flight last year, the Tiger Moth returned to the factory where it had been produced in 1942! No longer flown. Displayed in the Toronto Aerospace Museum in RCAF wartime training livery.
