Untitled
Co-Z Cozy Mark IV
Reykjavik (RKV / BIRK)
Iceland, August 15, 2008
Remark
Photographer
4X-OYG (cn 1191) This Israeli Cozy Mark IV on its way from Oskosh, landed at Reykjavík at 19:34 and when the nose wheel touched the runway the wheel itself broke off at the end of the strut. In the photo it is seen flying off and just about to strike the fuselage. Fortunately this did not cause any more trouble than the fiber strut making smoke and leaving a white line on the runway, taxiway and ramp. Could have been a lot worse.

Pluna
Boeing 737-2A3/Adv
Buenos Aires - Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP / SABE)
Argentina, August 10, 2008
Remark
Photographer
CX-BOP (cn 22739/844) An Endangered specie is running for take-off in the afternoon. Surely, this will be one of the last times that we will be able to see PLUNA's 737 in operation.
