This 9868 was delivered for Czech air force in 2005 with other 15 new Mi-171s, concrete onboard An-124 Ruslan on 22nd September. All Mi-171s were assigned to 232. vrlt. (helicopter squadron) based on 23. zVrL. (helicopter air force base) at Prerov. After redislocation Mi-24s squadron 231. lbvr (attack helicopter) from Prerov to Namest was this unit with Mi-17 and Mi-171 helicopters renumbered to 231. vrl. |

16 (cn 395403) One of two Albatrosses version ZA from Lithuanian Air Force participated on exercise Flying Rhino 2009 at Namest nad Oslavou AFB. This two (and only two) new L-39ZA Albatrosses (former blue 05 and 06) were purchased in 1998 to Lithuanian Air Force and flew at the civil airfield Kaunas-Karmelava on 10 October 1998. Later, both aircraft flew to their home base at Zokniai. Since August 2000 were assigned to new created Naikintuvu Grandis (Fighter Flight) established at Zokniai and in 2007 modernized, renumbered and full grey painted. |

5317 / 1990 (cn 5317) Su-7BM 5317 was delivered to Czechoslovakia in 1964 and assigned to 28. sbolp (fighter-bomber air regiment) dislocated at Caslav AFB. But early in 1965 was transfered to 20. sbolp at Namest nad Oslavou. In 1987 was this "nuclear bomber" decommissioned and displayed on pole by local barracks with painted number 1964 (year of beginning Su-7 service in Czechoslovakia), together with Su-7 nr. 5320 (with year 1956). Later was year 1964 repainted on 1990 (end of Su-7 service), still visible on the nose. |
