JA8188 (cn 23919/689) Huh? NCA in Philly? A diversion due to weather at JFK. JA8188 spent all day and most of the night at Deicing most likely due to crew timeout. China Airlines brought in a 744 which unfortunately left before I got down to the Airport. Though I can't say I get to shoot Asian carriers everyday in Philly!
