SP-LBG (cn 3344942) On 9 May 1987 this Il-62 crashed near Warsaw-Okecie Airport as it attempted to return for a landing following an engine failure which started a fire and severed the elevator controls. Sadly all 183 persons on board were killed, making this Poland's worst ever air disaster.
